Lieutenant Colonel Jorge Parada Guarda, head of the prison, is identified as responsible for the assault.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The political prisoner was handcuffed and taken to the camp&#039;s command post, where State Security was called to request authorization to remove Serrano Hern\u00e1ndez.
