Tome una foto del documento antes de devolverlo, pero no lo firme.\u00a0 Si no cumple los requisitos dichos decl\u00e1rela nula en el acto.\u00a0 Si la acepta esta surtir\u00e1 sus efectos y est\u00e1 obligado a presentarse ante la autoridad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.Si le entregan una citaci\u00f3n correcta solicite tiempo para leerla y el nombre de la persona que se la entrega. Si es un agente del Ministerio de Interior (polic\u00eda, Seguridad del Estado o de Inmigraci\u00f3n y Extranjer\u00eda), solicite el cargo. Verifique si es la misma persona que la cita en el documento. En el caso de que sea un agente de polic\u00eda uniformado, anote el n\u00famero de 5 d\u00edgitos que tienen bordado en el bolsillo derecho de su camisa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.Instruya a las personas que con las que resida que no reciban ninguna citaci\u00f3n dirigida usted. Advi\u00e9rtales que al recibirla est\u00e1n asumiendo una obligaci\u00f3n, pero la ley no especifica cu\u00e1l es la responsabilidad en caso de incumplimiento de esta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.Lleve un registro de todos los actos de hostigamientos de los que sea v\u00edctima. Anote los detalles del hecho:\u00a0 d\u00eda, hora y lugar en el que le entregaron la citaci\u00f3n y por qui\u00e9n; as\u00ed como los motivos por los que la declar\u00f3 nula. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.Denuncie la arbitrariedad. Nuestra organizaci\u00f3n le puede asistir en la elaboraci\u00f3n de un escrito de queja contra el proceder abusivo de los agentes del estado.
