El periodista independiente fue apresado aproximadamente a las 12:30 del mediod\u00eda del 4 de agosto de 2020, por varios agentes del estado vestidos de civil y uniformados, entre los que se encontraba el que tiene registro 04220.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mientras se efectuaba la detenci\u00f3n, Rodr\u00edguez L\u00f3pez transmit\u00eda en directo en redes sociales. Pudo observarse cuando uno de los agentes efectu\u00f3 la detenci\u00f3n arbitraria. En ning\u00fan momento le presentaron orden de detenci\u00f3n, ni le explicaron el motivo de esta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El 4 de agosto fue impugnada su detenci\u00f3n ante el Tribunal Provincial de la Habana , mediante la presentaci\u00f3n del recurso constitucional de H\u00e1beas Corpus, que debe ser resuelto dentro de las 72 horas posteriores a su presentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan pudimos conocer por personas allegadas a la familia, Rodr\u00edguez L\u00f3pez se encuentra en la estaci\u00f3n policial del municipio Cotorro.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Esteban L\u00e1zaro Rodr\u00edguez, reportero del medio digital independiente ADN, fue detenido en su domicilio ubicado en la calle Villegas 409, entre Teniente Rey y Muralla, municipio Habana Vieja.
