Between 2022 and 2024, 493 cases were recorded, demonstrating a systematic violation of international guarantees such as the Convention against Torture. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The report details practices of psychological and physical torture, such as coercion into self-incrimination, threats against family members, and racist and sexist humiliation.
