Brothers Dional and Daniel Barrios Figueredo were arbitrarily detained during demonstrations in Bayamo, Granma, protesting prolonged power outages. In a Facebook post, Yailet Barrios reported that her father, Dional Barrios, has been detained since Thursday, July 7th.
