- On February 10, he asked the president of the Supreme Court to respond to the filing of the lawsuit.
- On February 22, the Supreme Court, composed of judges Farha Maritzaq Saucedo Perez, Maryla Perez and Carlos Manuel Diaz Tenreiro, declared the claim inadmissible due to lack of competition.
- On February 23, he requests the recusal of the magistrate and presiding judge Carlos Manuel Díaz Tenreiro for lack of impartiality.
- March 13 submits written complaint addressed to the president of the Constitutional Rights Chamber of the Supreme Court, requesting respect for the due process guarantees provided for in subsection g of article 94.
- On March 24, the Supreme Court rejects the recusal and imposes a fine of 3,000.00 pesos on the lawyer.
